I need some help with this one. I have a Director that I just helped get his group into Bossdesk. They've been using it for a week now and love it so far. He is wanting the ability to see the last time his agents logged in and how long they've been logged into Bossdesk.
Me personally I don't think this is necessary. That being said I was trying to think of a compromise that could be submitted as a feature request. So my question/feature request is this.
Question: Does anyone else see a benefit on seeing the last time a user logged into bossdesk?
Feature Request: Add a "Last Login" somewhere in the user data, under event log, or it's own section.
