I know we have dependent tasks that can be set when the forms are created and you just added dependent tasks in routing rules but I need them to work together.
Example, we have our new employee form that automatically has an account task and a phone task every time because these are set in the form creator. I have routing rules that govern the creation of other tasks based upon user choices within the form. The account and phone tasks use their dependent hierarchy as expected but any additional tasks created by individual routing rules throws in tasks at the top level of the hierarchy along side of the account creation. I need account creation to be the only task shown upfront and then everything else falls in line afterwards. I know we can go in after the ticket is created and adjust the hierarchy but the task notifications have already been sent out by this point.
I think for our case, we would benefit from some sort of marker to indicate that a particular task is always the first in line and everything else is pushed down a tier.
